Ordered on November 30th. Arrived on January 10th. I guess they couldn't find Jesus 😢 Learned my lesson! They need stars less than one!
I ordered a Finding Jesus at the beginning of December. It ended up lost in transit by the USPS. I emailed the company requesting the address where the Finding Jesus was shipped from so I could file a claim with the USPS. I was not expecting anything from the company, as it was not their fault that I didn't receive my Finding Jesus. Cherry emailed me back very quickly, gave me the address that I requested, and sent me out a replacement Finding Jesus. I received my replacement a few days later on New Year's Eve. My kids love the Jesus doll, and we look forward to doing the Countdown to Christmas next year. I was not expecting a replacement as it was not the company's fault. I am very appreciative of Cherry's responsiveness and wanting to make sure we received a Finding Jesus.
Such a great purchase! My boys looked forward to waking up and finding Jesus every morning and putting the puzzle together.I had to reach out to customer service once and they were absolutely amazing. 10/10 recommend.
I've been wanting to make Easter a bigger celebration in our house, I'm so excited to use this with my kiddos this year. Quality is very nice.
