I ordered a Finding Jesus at the beginning of December. It ended up lost in transit by the USPS. I emailed the company requesting the address where the Finding Jesus was shipped from so I could file a claim with the USPS. I was not expecting anything from the company, as it was not their fault that I didn't receive my Finding Jesus. Cherry emailed me back very quickly, gave me the address that I requested, and sent me out a replacement Finding Jesus. I received my replacement a few days later on New Year's Eve. My kids love the Jesus doll, and we look forward to doing the Countdown to Christmas next year. I was not expecting a replacement as it was not the company's fault. I am very appreciative of Cherry's responsiveness and wanting to make sure we received a Finding Jesus.

Such a great purchase! My boys looked forward to waking up and finding Jesus every morning and putting the puzzle together.I had to reach out to customer service once and they were absolutely amazing. 10/10 recommend.

I cannot begin to say how impressed I am with not only the product, but with the company. I originally ordered this on12/6. I knew we’re going to be behind on our “Finding Jesus” but it was okay. The item hit Missouri and after many discussions with my local Post Master, we found that the label had been taken off of my box and was now being sent to their warehouse where these items go and never return. I immediately reached out to the company just asking that a refund or new item be sent and they went above and beyond. They refunded my originally order and then sent a new one with a different shipping company that arrived 3 days later. I opened the box and fell in love with the simplicity. My family loved waking up every day to read a new verse and then on Christmas Day to finish with the letter. Absolutely recommended this to all of my friends and family members.

Great advent to teach kids the Christmas story. I really like the puzzle and the doll you get to hide for them to find each day. The neck on Jesus doll is a bit thin, seems to be a little more floppy then i like. The verses are great.
