Finding Jesus has a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at heythere@seekhimfirst.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will be happy to exchange the product at no additional cost to you.
Should you for any reason be unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly issue you a refund of your purchase (less any shipping charges). If you ever need to return a product, please note the following guidelines:

Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods.

Please include a copy of your packing slip (or a note with your order #, name, email address, phone number) and your reason for returning the product.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer.
To initiate your return, please e-mail heythere@seekhimfirst.com to obtain a OR# number. Please note the OR# on the outside of the box as well as on your copy of the packing slip. Do not ship out without your OR#, as we will not be able to issue a refund without it. Once your return is received, we will promptly issue your refund to the original form of payment.
Please allow 5 – 7 business days from receipt of the return merchandise to see the refund reflected on your banking statement.
