I am so happy I make the decision to ditch the “Elf on the shelf” idea and instead create a tradition with my two kids that illustrates the true meaning of Christmas-Jesus Christ!
I am SO PLEASED that I gave my 2 youngest grandchildren FINDING JESUS. After Day 2, they are really looking forward to locating the doll and the puzzle piece. The 3 1/2 year-old asked why Jesus had red dots on his hands and feet, which gave me to chance to share a simplified gospel. I know he didn't understand it all, but he is being exposed.
I am very impressed with the quality and thought that went into Finding Jesus. Everything about it is top-notch. The youngest looks forward to opening and closing the Velcro on "the frame".
Both kids will be so surprised when they receive the Easter version!
Absolutely love this! My son loves this more then he did his "Elf on the Shelf." He enjoys waking up and starting his day off looking for Jesus. I enjoy it because not only is it fun, but starting the day off "Finding Jesus" and reading the Bible verses each morning helps set a positive tone for the remainder of our day.
